Pilates Express
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15 to 12:45
“Grab some PILATES for Lunch!” City Gym is proud to announce the addition of a “Pilates Express” class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 to 12:45.
Certified authentic Pilates instructors from Pilates Premier Studios, Tampa bay’s “First and Finest” Pilates studio, will help you FLEX your spine Flatten you r aps and FIRM your derriere! Free to City Gym members and only $10 per session for non members. Exercise like the Pros and still have time for a healthy bite!
Boxing
Train like a professional Boxer in this fun filled hard hitting session for ALL fitness levels. Add some variety and non-stop action in your fitness routine as you lose the weight FAST. Also includes abdominal training.

Yogilates
Yogilates is an exhilarating blend of the strengthening peaceful qualities of yoga mixed with the core-toning and stretch of Pilates. Join us every Monday 6pm for a class to take your fitness to a whole new level. This class is designed for beginners as well as advanced. (So you have no excuse !)
Classes emphasize breathing, alignment, focus, toning and relaxation. We mix things up every week to keep it exciting, sometimes using props like balance balls. You will leave feeling strong and tall, yet relaxed and centered!
